We are bringing pub food back to life at The Springer!

The Springer Spaniel is a traditional Cornish Country pub and one that is all about using fresh, local produce. Our Head Chef  has created some truely fantastic dishes to suit all requirements.

We love our Cornish Country roots and this shows throughout the menu & rustic interior of our 18th century pub. Being that we are suituated amongst such amazing local produce we aim to use as much as possible. All of our fruit & veg is grown locally, we serve daily caught fresh fish from our coasts & game from the rich countryside.
